1.Cylinder mold part: 

Φ1500mm×4250mm×5000mm stainless steel cylinder mold 2 sets, Φ450mm×4250mm×5000mm couch roll 2 sets,coated by rubber, rubber hardness 38±2SR^.. Φ500mm×4250mm×5000mm return roll 1 set,coated by rubber,  rubber hardness86±2SR^.. Equipped with Pressure forming device 2 sets, made from stainless steel plate.

2.Press part:

1 group of pre-press + 1st main press + 2nd main press

Pre-press: upper roller:Φ550mm×4250mm×5000mm nature marble roll 1 set,

bottom roller:Φ500mm×4250mm×5000mm rubber roll 1 set, rubber shore hardness 95℃±2, equipped with pneumatic pressure device.

1st Main press:upper roller:Φ750mm×4250mm×5000mm nature marble roll 1 set,

bottom roller:Φ700mm×4250mm×5000mm rubber roll 1 set, rubber shore hardness 95℃±2, equipped with pneumatic pressure device.

2nd Main press:upper roller:Φ850mm×4250mm×5000mm nature marble roll 1 set, bottom roller:Φ800mm×4250mm×5000mm rubber roll 1 set, rubber shore hardness 95℃±2, equipped with pneumatic pressure device.

3.Dryer part: 

Φ1500mm×4250mm×5000mm alloy dryer cylinder 22sets.Arrangement:12 dryer+

sizing machine+ 6 dryer.Equipped with dry wire device and 18 sets of scraper blades and 2 group of semi-closed exhaust hood. 

4.Sizing part:

Φ750mm×4250mm×5000mm sizing roll 2 sets.rubber shore hardness 98℃±2,it is   the nitrile rubber.

5. Calendering part:

Equipped with 1 set of 3800mm type 2rolls calender machine.

6. Winding part:

3800mm type horizontal pneumatic winding machine 1 set.

Answer:12 months after formal operational

3.What is the delivery time if we make a order from you?                                                  

Answer:Usually,the delivery time for smaller machines is 30-45 days after receiving deposit,but for bigger 

machines,it will be longer to make sure the equipment quality.

4.What is your payment terms?                                                                                          

Answer:(1). T/T(telegraphic transfer)30% as deposit,and 70%balance paid before shipment.

(2). 30%T/T + 70%L/C at sight.    (3). 100%L/C at sight.

5.How is the quality of your equipment?
