1. The length diameter ratio of the screw of the silicone tube extruder is 12:1 and the compression ratio is 3.0:1. The screw is a floating type with unequal distance and depth, which can be easily pushed out by hand. There is no waste and pollution of rubber in the production of rubber of different colors or cleaning, This screw barrel is specially designed by our company, processed and manufactured by Zhejiang Zhoushan production base, and processed after 25 days of boiler desalination.
2. The front of the screw is provided with a rubber filter plate, which can place a filter screen to filter out the impurities of the rubber material, and can make the rubber material move in a straight line, which greatly improves the uniformity and fluidity of the rubber material.
3. The barrel and cooling water tank are integrated, and the external spiral channel cooling mode is adopted. The cooling device has five sections, with excellent cooling effect and working temperature lower than 40 ºC.
4. It is equipped with a feeding roller rotating synchronously with the screw, which can automatically feed the rubber strip to realize uniform feeding and stable feeding.
5. All electrical appliances adopt variable frequency motor and are equipped with brand sinusoidal frequency converter. The minimum work difference can be positive or negative 0.01mm, and the product wall thickness can be less than 0.05mm. The extruders of our company have the functions of two-color and three-color extrusion. Multiple hosts form a pair of extrusion. The product shape is divided equally between the inner layer and the outer layer, or divided equally between the left and right or quartered. The extruders are equipped with automatic feeding device, stepless speed regulation, uniform and stable operation without manual operation, which completely solves the inconvenience of manual forced feeding to production operation and product size.
6. The two-stage curing oven completely solves the problems of indentation and roundness of products. The specification of the vertical high-temperature oven is 1.2m. After this shaping oven, the product is basically 6 times cooked, the temperature can reach 700 degrees, and the temperature of the horizontal vulcanization section (rear section) is 400 degrees. Under normal circumstances, the production speed of the drying channel can exceed 20m / min (depending on the product size).
