This small autoclave retort machine, which is heated by electric heating and kills most bacteria of products under high temperature and high pressure, and solves the problems of food unable to be stored for a long time under normal temperature, rot and deterioration, bag expansion and so on.
The sterilization method of water bath sterilization / water immersion is adopted. the sterilization is complete, there is no temperature dead angle, direct temperature rise and indirect temperature drop, which will not cause secondary pollution to the product. It is suitable for various packaging forms. It is widely used in vacuum packaging products such as meat products,beverage products, leisure products, tinplate cans, glass cans and so on. During the whole sterilization process, the temperature and pressure are automatically controlled. after sterilization, it will automatically stop and give an alarm. (opening and closing the lid of the boiler door, putting in / taking out the basket and other processes require manual work).
The full capacity of the equipment is 100L, which can handle about 100 cans of cans at a time (according to different packaging sizes and quantities), and about 25kg meat products / snack food.
