Introduction:
AJY series Gas Roots Flowmeter is Shanghai Anjun Industrial Co., Ltd. selected professional technology and components manufacturing of world famous enterprises assembled, matching of high precision, high reliability, wide range, high price ratio measurement instrument. Widely used in industrial measurement and control, city gas detection or measurement etc..
Working Principle
Gas roots flowmeter is volume measuring chamber by rotating the two opposite directions of figure 8 waist wheel and a shell body, achieve accurate measurement of the gas (see below). In gas enters the instrument air inlet, in table cavity to form a pressure difference, so as to make the waist wheel to rotate, in each rotation cycle, the volume of a gas is through the metering chamber four times was removed from the fixed volume and waist wheel speed with the flowing gas proportional, waist wheel rotating through a specially designed deceleration mechanism and magnetic coupling coupling output to an external auxiliary counter reading unit, the counting unit can be a mechanical counter or a volume correction device, volume correction device is a traffic is correct, timely communication function.
