Production Process
Filling part
1. Connecting among tank, rotary valve, position tank all with fast remove clip.
2. Adopt oil use three way valve, which is suitable for oil, water, and material with good quality, the valve is special designed for oil without leakage, ensure high accuracy.
Capping part
1.Capping machine, integrates bottle inlet, cap sort, cap feed, capping, bottle outlet together. 2.Bottle inlet by belt clamping and cap screwing by tracking capping head, during capping, the bottle will not stop, bottle moving and capping action at the same time.3.Avoid liquid spill, adopts servo control torque capping, harmless to bottle and cap, fast speed, safe and stable, high capping rate

Our company offer technology training to customer. The content of training is structure and maintenance of equipment, control and operation of equipment.
