JY 811 Pneumatic manual double head type air bag rubber sole press attaching machine

 This machine is suitable for the reinforcement and pressing of all kinds of shoe soles when they are glued together. When working, adjust the required pressure with the pressure regulating valve and set the holding time with the time relay. Place the sole face up in the air material. Lock the air bucket, compressed air automatically filled with garbage exhaust, for a full range of reinforcement pressure, the operation is very simple and fast, economical, it is an ideal equipment for shoe resole.

Brief operating procedures of sole attaching machine 

1.Power cable should be connected on socket meet ECC standards with magnetic switch of 380v.

2.Please fill 90-100 litters of 68# or 46# hydraulic oil into oil tank.

3.switch on main power, then turn on pump switch, then select mode, then adjust pressing time.

 4.Put the shoe last in the large seat properly, then adjust relevant component properly.

5.To adjust distance between front and rear rod, adjusting distance between top and bottom part of the rear pressing head by screwing the rod.

6.Step the pedal switch or press the two green button at the same time to start the machine for pressing operation.
