Q1. Could I use my own LOGO or design on products?
Firstly, you can send us your design to check first. If there is no printing pattern, we can make it for you directly. If there is
any printing patterns, we need you to send us the original file for the pattern. The file should be ai, psd, pdf or jpeg format
with 300 dpi. Then we will make sample for you first to check our quality and the effect you want.
Q2: What information should be let us know if you want to get a quotation?
a) The size of products
b) Main material
c) The printing logo size/color
d) The quantity
e) If it is possible, please also provide with picture or design artwork for checking sample will be best for clarifying, If no,we will recommend similar reference products with details for your kindly reference.
Q3. How do I make a sample order?
For stock pants, sample cost will be 10USD more than its wholesale price. It will take 3~5 working days. For customized pants, sample cost will be around $30~$50 per piece for regular designs. Pls note that sample cost will be refundable after bulk order confirmed. Deliver time will be around one week.
Q4:Can I have my own design pants produced in your factory?
Yes,we are willing to cooperate with new founders in pants area to help build your own brands pants. And we will help protect your pants designs from copies.
Q5.What about the warranty?
A: We are very confident in our products, each pants was tested ok here,and we pack them very well, so usually you will receive your order in good condition. But to avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issue, we suggest that you check the custom pants once you receive them,and let us know the details if there is any damaged ones, so that we can deal with it accordingly.

Fedex,DHL,TNT,UPS, Arames, China Post, e-Packet, by air, by sea, etc.. We will check the cheapest shipping way for you.
