Special Drive Chains - Leaf Chain
Unlike roller chains, leaf chains consist of
only pins and plates, so they achieve extremely high breaking forces. They are used wherever loads need to be raised, hoisted or pulled. One of the principal uses of leaf chains is in forklift truck masts, but they are also used as counterweight chains in machine tools, as draw bench chains or in container loaders.
Leaf chains are widely used in forkifts, textile machinery, drilling rigs, climbing " platforms and other equipment to achieve vertical lifting, horizontal traction and other purposes.
We have AL Series for lighter lifting and BL Series for more heavy-duty work. Their dimensions and link plate formations are different.
Product Packaging
1. Standard Export Packaging
Our chain is commonly supplied as 10ft boxes. Each 10ft box will come with one connecting link.
We pack chains with Nylon bags to protect from dampness and then put them in the neutral boxes and finally place
the carton boxes in the plywood cases.

2. According to customers' requirements.
We can supply the chain as alternate lengths per request, and we also offer customized carton boxes if needed.
