Helmet Shape

We make the reference according to ISO/DIS 6220 standard, plus the user's experiences we accumulated from the market for over 22 years from different brands which we have been worked with, like LIMAR, SCOTT, SWEET, etc... In other words, all of our helmet headform can be fit more than 90% people.

European Headform:

An Oval shaped helmet is designed for a rider's head with a dimension which is considerably fit for Europeans.

Generic headform:

A generic headform helmet is designed for a rider's head with a dimension which is slightly longer front-to-back than its side-to-side measurement.

Asian headform:

A Round shaped helmet is designed for a rider's head with a dimension which is condierably fit for Asians.

Packaging and Shipping:

Our package is Poly bag+color box+carton. The color box can be printed with your logo and your local language. Other stickers, labels, components are also can be personalized.

For shipping, you can choose multiple methods like DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX wherever you are. And you can also arrange your forwarder to pick up the goods from us. We will complete your goods within 3-10 business days (based on actual quantity) once we received the payment. 

So far, Aurora helmets have been certified including but not limited to CE EN1078, EN1077, EN397, EN12492, EN1384 plus VG1, PAS 015, EN166, CPSC, ANSI, ASTM, AS/NZS, KC. We have built a good relationship with SGS, TUV, Intertek, UL, INSPEC, etc. in past decades. Besides these labs, other testing labs that our customers request are also available. 

We will make sure each model pass the internal testing first before submitting to a third-party organization.
