Vacuum Insulated Panel
As a technologically advanced product that provides extremely low thermal conductivity, VIP consists of core
materials(fiberglass), Barrier/film (envelope) and getter.
Leading in the domestic VIP production, Supertech VIP's thermal conductivity can reach as low as 1.5mW/m.k in bulk.

Phase Change Material
Produced by food grade raw material HDPE, it is non-toxic, tasteless and environmental protection. After roughness treatment on HDPE surface, the coolant is not easy to seep out. Sealed by ultrasound without leakage. The volume of box can reach 90% when filling with coolant and after frozen the shell is not easy to be deformed.
Application: Cold chain transportation for pharmaceuticals, fresh etc.
Insulation Test
On the condition of 48L interior volume, 40mm thickness of insulation layer, the same weight of coolant and harsh environment of 35℃, test for 2~8℃ heat preservation time can reach 76.2h compared to PU box as below.

Originated from space vacuum technology, Supertech has experienced the field of home appliances and transportation equipment and other field of actual combat test, with advanced hot and cold bridge solving technology to overcome erious cold leakage phenomenon of the common insulated box surface. In summer mode (35℃), Supertech cold chain vacuum thermal insulated box can keep heat preservation for more than 120 hours (2 ~ 8℃multi-temperature area) with PCM phase change energy storage material, the minimum standard keeps at least 72 hours of continuous heat preservation.
Control Weight and Cost
On the condition of same volume, PU-VIP box is 3kgs heavier than PU box , however, to ensure the same insulation performance, 6 kgs coolant can be reduced when using PU-VIP box. The weight of 3 kgs is reduced in the total weight and 20% of the total cost is reduced. Moreover, it is reusable and helpful for users to save more costs and increase efficiency.
