Description:
This product is hot melt adhesive granule, 100% of the solid components. It is the combination of polymer materials, non-toxic,non-irritating smell, no heavy metal. This product conforms to the ROSH directive and REACH report.
The particles can be melted by the screw, the glue box, the hot-melt glue machine and the special heating device. The melted particles can be coated through rolling wheel, scraper, flow, spraying and so on.
DS7601 have good adhesion on PP and textiles, it has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance and water resistance,
solvent-free, environmental protection and easy to process.
Polypropylene is used in food packaging, household goods, automobile, optical fiber and other fields.
At present, 40% - 45% of China's products are used for weaving, 40% for film and injection products, and 10% - 20% for
polypropylene and other products. Polypropylene is a kind of polymer which is made of propylene by addition polymerization. The appearance is white and waxy. The formula is (C3H6) n, the density is 0.89 ~ 0.91g/cm3, [1] flammable, melting point is 189 ℃,softening at about 155 ℃, and the temperature range is - 30 ~ 140 ℃ [2]. Under 80 ℃, it can resist the corrosion of acid, alkali,salt and many organic solvents, and decompose under high temperature and oxidation.
