The flat microporous aerator is a new type of aerator device newly developed by our company. The device is composed of a base, a rubber diaphragm, a gland and an air check valve.
The flat microporous aerator has small aeration bubbles, large gas-liquid area, uniform bubble diffusion, no clogging of pores, and strong corrosion resistance. Flat microporous aerators are cheap and excellent in performance, and are widely used in aerobic aeration tanks.

1.The thickened screw gland and the diaphragm are tightly fastened by screw anti-locking mechanical assembly to ensure that the diaphragm will never fall off.
2. It is made of imported rubber and has the characteristics of anti-tear and long life.
3. The new check valve design has low air resistance and good check effect, which can effectively prevent the stop aeration sewage from flowing back into the aeration pipe.
4. There are multiple air guide grooves on the surface of the inner substrate plate, which can ensure that the air output rate of the aeration plate reaches 100% when the aeration plate is working, and greatly reduces the ventilation resistance when the aerator is started.
