* Desiccant bag will keep bag moisture-free, so the filament is safety during shipping.

* Vacuum sealed bag can reduce moisture absorption with a resalable opening to store left over material.

Q1. Can I get free samples?

A1: Yes, some samples are free for customer, but you need to pay for the express fee. More details please send message to our sales service.

Q2. Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?

A2:* For small order, express will be faster but the shipping cost will be expensive, 

* post air mail will be cheaper but will take 1-2 month of shipping time.

* And for bulk order, we suggest by sea shipping is best .Ususally round 25~35days will arrived client sea port.For urgent orders, we suggest via air .

Q3. Can you offer OEM/printing logo on samples?

A3: Yes, but prices is different according to different logo styles such as letters, photo, size, colors and so on. For more detail please send message to our sales service.

A4: Yes.Warmly welcome you visit our factory . Due to too many visiting requirements, Please make an appointment with our sales service. Customers who have placed an ordered will have priority.
