PVC is an ideal choice for outdoor building projects because it is resistant to moisture and termite. It is designed to last a lifetime, no need to be replaced and it requires little maintenance.

Our product is mainly composed of headboard, upper and lower metal rails, Fascia, and bi-fold shutter door itself.
Whether the bottom board is provided or not depends on the bottom rail type you choose.
Normally, sideboard is included in our products. If you don't want to have it, please consult our customer service.
There are two bottom rails to choose from
M-shaped bottom rail, with arcs on both sides of the rail transition to the ground, which can be installed directly.
If you prefer a U-shaped bottom rail, we will additionally provide a suitable bottom board for you to install.

THREE LOUVER WIDTHS
There are three sizes of blades for each material of shutters. 2.5 inches, 3.5 inches and 4.5 inches for both wooden and PVC blades.

We provide three blade control methods for you to choose, center-rod, clear view and internal control.
THREE STILES
There are three types of stiles for both materials. Square(flat) , Rabbet or D-Mould.
The manufacturer reserve the rights to choose the stiles for your shutter door, unless they are specified.

1. Always measure the depth of the reveal where the shutters or the frame will be mounted to and ensure no mullions, handles or
anything else could interfere with the operation of the blades when open.
2. Like blinds, when measuring for inside reveal fit, the shutters should be measured in three places across the width and the
drop and the smallest measurements used.
OUTSIDE MOUNT
Take at least three measurements for the width and height. For Face Fit, always provide the largest measurements or where you want
the shutters to cover, this will ensure to cover any imperfection, such as out of square or bowed architraves etc.

We could send you the samples but the sample cost and freight are charged. After a bulk order is confirmed, we would pay back the product fee and freight. Usually we will take at most 15 days to make the samples.
