Q：Are you guys a manufacturer factory or just a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer factory of various woven package. We are located in Dongguan China, and we would love to have you visiting our factory.
Q: Can I get one sample? Should I pay for it?
A: None customized Sample is free of charge; you only have to bear the mailing cost. Customized Sample will require a cylinder engraving cost, which would be refunded along with bulk order.
Q: What is your average delivery time?
A: 7 days for none-customized samples, and 30 days for customized bulk order.
Q: Can I appoint the color or have my own logo in the product?
A: OEM & ODM are welcomed.
Q: How is your quality control?
A: We have dedicated QC & QA department to follow all aspect in the production process. And have 12 control points and 5 critical control stage to make sure we meet customer’s requirements.
Q: What is the payment terms?
A: Payment term is 30% deposit before mass production, and the balance paid against B/L after shipping. We would recommend Alibaba trade assurance.
