Application

1. When the bottle is transported to the bottom of the filling nozzles, the filling starts. The bottle mouth positioning is accurate, no bottle, lack of bottle and bottle pouring will stop automatically. When the bottle outlet is blocked, the filling can stop automatically, but the filling accuracy will not be affected. The blocking will be relieved and the filling will be automatically restored. No bottle, no filling, when filling, the filling nozzles extend into the bottle mouth for filling, with automatic dust suction device, 2 nozzles filling, 2 capping heads, effectively improving the production capacity, accurate measurement and simple operation. It is an ideal filling equipment with compact structure, stable performance and convenient maintenance.          

2. The star wheel makes the bottle positioned accurately for capping. The caps are automatically loaded onto bottles by cap oscillator.           

3. It is equipped with variable frequency speed regulation of main engine, stepless speed regulation of conveyor belt and oscillation speed regulation knob to meet the requirements of production capacity of various specifications.
