Description
Introduction:
Grout Sleeve is a mechanical splicing designed for the connection of precast elements.Each Grout sleeve features a threaded end (used for the connection to reinforcement at the precast factory) and a wide cavity to perform a grout connection at site.At the construction site, connection is made in a few seconds by injecting/pouring non-shrink grout into the cavity.
Grout Sleeves offer a precast panel on panel splicing solution. Unlike conventional lapping utilising drossbach system, It relys on significantly shorter embedment depths, and therefore reducing onsite hazard caused by long protruding starter bars.
