Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a factory which has more than 10 years production and exploitation and design experience in cosmetics industry. Our factory has passed ISO quality system certification to ensure the safety of production, and products have passed SGS/CMA/CNAS test to ensure the safety of the product.
Q2. Do you offer OEM? Or Can I print my own brand/logo on the goods? What's your MOQ for OEM products?
A: Yes, we provide OEM service. Please give us the certification of register and other details in advance. Because different
products have different requirements, If your request is less than our customized quantity, then we can use a sticker, which will be based on your request. For details please contact us.
Q3: Can you send samples before we place an order?
A:Yes, we can send samples for free, but you need to pay to the shipping cost in advance.
Q4. How about the delivery?
A:We can ship via DHL, UPS, TNT, etc., by air or by sea. It will takes 7 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The
shipping time depends on the QTY of your order and the distance to your destination.
Q5: What are the terms of payment?
A: Welcome to pay by T.T / Western union/Credit Card. 100%T/T or 30% deposit before production, for the balance should be paid after goods finished before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages.
