CHJ-D PAPER LUNCH BOX FORMING MACHINE (MECHANICAL is an ideal choice which adopts mechanical driving system to produce lunch box, take away noodle box, and food trays.
The main features of the new type:
1.The machine is controlled by mechanical system, no need air compressor. It saves our customer at least 6 KW power when machine is running.
2.The hot wind blow from the heating tube, it makes the PE coated papers stick together more tightly.
3.Besides the mechanical system, the machine on one line producing very fluently: paper feeding, heating, forming, pulling out and collecting heating. So the machine speed can be double.

A: Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality. And during the warranty, we will

Q10. Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A: Of course we do. We have QC department to debug the machine before packing. If you want to use specific material to do the test running, you need to pay for the cost of the material.
Q11. What’s the payment term?
A: T/T 30% in advance, the balance shall be paid before delivery. We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
