PRODUCT DISPLAY
Metal toothed gasket is generally processed into concentric grooves on both sides of metal stainless steel flat gasket by precision lathe. According to different media, flexible graphite, PTFE, asbestos free board or other soft metals can be selected and pasted on both sides of the gasket. The toothed composite gasket is the first gasket to be used under low preload. The soft sealing layer on the surface avoids the direct contact between metal and metal, and can be reliably and closely combined to protect the metal flange from damage, even under extremely high load. The toothed composite gasket is especially suitable for occasions with high temperature, high pressure and alternating working conditions. It is an ideal substitute for the traditional metal coated gasket at the flange connection of heat exchanger, container and reactor.
