3. Features:

1. This machine is a kind of automatic high speed transparent film wrapping equipment, adopts the flat push type packaging method, all wrapping and heat sealing action is completed by CAM transmission, with fast speed, stable operation and other characteristics.

2. Different sizes of items can be packed by changing the mold. The newly designed quick adjustment structure makes the change of mold more simple and quick.

3. This machine adopts full aluminum alloy cutting knife holder, single rotary cutting knife, cutting film accurate, smooth, large and small products without changing the cutting mechanism.

4. Frequency converter is adopted to adjust the packaging speed, which can reach 30 ~ 70 packages/min according to different packaging items.

5. With double - sided fold plastic cosmetic device, make the film packaging more fit, more beautiful.

6. The new quick disassembly reel, with composite adhesive laser anti-counterfeiting unsealing line function, real anti-counterfeiting, moisture-proof role.

7. Automatic feeding and manual feeding two feeding mechanisms, automatic feeding can be used with fully automated unmanned production line.

8. The automatic feeding mechanism has the function of stopping with or without box, with the overload protection device of clamping and torsion force, and the auxiliary film-lowering device of double-layer blowing.
