1)How the doser work?
*The nozzle adopts dry nitrogen positive pressure protection to prevent the peripheral air from entering, causing frost and ice blocking inside the nozzle, realizing never freezing, no external heating, reducing liquid nitrogen gasification and saving cost. At the same time, the flow rate and direction of the liquid nitrogen are kept unchanged, and the wind is not changed by the positive pressure of the purification workshop or the wind generated by the high-speed operation of the filling and sealing.
*The liquid nitrogen level is controlled by a differential pressure level gauge and a vacuum pneumatic low temperature proportional control valve to maintain a stable liquid level and improve the accuracy of the filling.
*The continuous true soft filling reduces the rebound, splashing, evaporation and boiling of liquid nitrogen during individual filling, reduces the loss of liquid nitrogen, reduces the production of high pressure and low pressure products, and saves costs.
*It has a gas-liquid separator function and keeps the outlet as pure liquid nitrogen. There is no need to add additional gas-liquid separators. *No bottle is not filled, that is, intermittent filling method, reducing liquid nitrogen consumption and reducing operating costs.
*The liquid nitrogen inlet is fitted with a 10um stainless steel sintered filter to prevent impurities from entering the system.
