Polyurethane hoses (also called PU hoses, PU Tubing) are particularly abrasion-resistant and durable plastic hoses. Polyurethane (PU) Tubing is an Ester based polyurethane tubing which has outstanding characteristics when compared with other pneumatic tubing.PU Tubing is extremely flexible and offers excellent bend capabilities and excellent abrasion resistance, making it ideal for pneumatic control or robotic systems. Polyurethane Tubing is suited for use with push in fittings; compression fittings; quick-fit fittings and hose tails. Polyurethane tubing offers increased flexibility, resistance to kinking and a broad temperature range.PU Tubing is resistant to many chemicals, gases and oil . It is not suitable for use high humidity environments.Polyurethane combines the best properties of both plastic and rubber. It offers abrasion and tear resistance, high tensile and elongation values, and low compression set. Polyurethane is naturally flexible and exhibits virtually unlimited flexural abilities.Combining good chemical resistance with excellent weathering characteristics sets polyurethane apart from most other thermoplastics. It has exceptional resistance to most gasolines, oils, kerosene, and other petroleum-based chemicals, making PU tubing and hose/ PUR tubing and hose.

2.Q: What type of diaphragm used in oil media?
A: Usually, NBR, VITON, PTFE, and EPDM diaphragms are applicable in oil media.
3.Q: I have been told that 2-way valves only allow fluid flow in one direction is it correct?
A: Generally, 2-way valves allow fluid according to the cylinders. If there is a single-acting cylinder fluid flow in a single direction when a double-acting cylinder being used, fluid is able to flow in both directions.

9.Q: What is the difference between a direct acting solenoid valve and a solenoid- pilot operated valve?
A: In a direct acting valve, the main body or poppet is moved using magnetic force generated by the electrical coil to shift the valve. In a solenoid-pilot operated valve, the main body or plunger is moved using force developed from the available pilot pressure. The coil in this case is used to control the pilot for the pilot piston.
10.Q: How many materials can be used apply to solenoid valve ?
A: Stainless steel 316L(Sanitary grades), Stainless Steel 316&304, Brass and cast steel.
