This is a well designed full automatic high speed pad printing machine for plastic case.  It mainly designed for working with injection machines to realize whole product line full automatic running.

3-Color Tampo Print Instruction:

 

1. Weinview Touch Screen Control Panel, Language: ENGLISH

 

2. High precision PLC + servo motor + Linear gear and guide rail controlled shuttle.

 

3. Servo motor controlled Rotary. Rotary Angle setting is adjustable.

 

4.  Germany FESTO Independent Up/Down travel cylinders for 6 colors pads; 

 

 5. Multi-fuctions, 1 ,2, 3 colors printing are optional.

 

6. The pneumatic elements are imported from Germany FESTO, which power is smoother and strong durable;

 

6 Special shock absorbers ,machine operation is very smooth, scraper speed is adjustable which has superior performance;

 

7 The body is Alloy Cast Aluminum , then it is light and durable.

 

8 The operation panel is touch sensitive system, can be use the printing function directly ,which is react quickly and conveniently;
