Description

TY-01 Activated clay is a kind of adsorbent made of bentonite as raw material, treated by inorganic acidification or salt or other methods, and then rinsed and dried with water. It has the appearance of milky white powder, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, strong adsorption performance, and can absorb colored and organic substances.

1. It has the advantages of strong adsorption capacity, high decolorization rate, low oil carrying rate, fast filtration speed and less addition;

2. It can effectively remove the total phospholipids, soap and trace metal ions from oil, and is a natural antioxidant;

3. Remove aflatoxin, pesticide residues and other toxins and odor substances in oil;

4. After decolorization, the acid value of the oil does not rise, the color does not return, the oil is clear and transparent, the quality is stable, and the shelf life is long.

5. It is especially suitable for refining production of mineral oil, vegetable oil and animal oil.

6. we strongly recommend TY-01 ACTIVATED CLAY to palm oil plants, coconut oil plants, fish oil plants, and rice bran oil plants in tropical areas, also for refining the  sunflower oil, peanut oil, sesame oil, tung oil, safflower oil, cottonseed oil, tea oil, coconut oil and so on.
