Polypropylene resins as main raw materials, it can be made in colored, natural colors, specified filament denier and length of fluffy fiber. and PP short fiber can produced by melt-spining, drawing, crimping, and frizzle up fixed shape and cut off and package technology.
Polypropylene staple fiber feature:
*Color: Color variety, commonly used colors white, green, black.
*Melting point:Polypropylene staple fiber has low melting point, with good hot-melt bonding properties.
*Wear resistance:Polypropylene staple fiber has good wear resistance.
*Acid and alkali:Polypropylene staple fiber has excellent acid and alkali resistance.
*Tensile strength: Polypropylene staple fiber has high breaking strength, monofilaments strength 4.0~5.5 CN /dtex.
*Light resistance with selective: polypropylene fiber short fiber light resistance requirements, after UV treatment to achieve
good light resistance.
*Flame retardant selective: polypropylene fiber short fiber flame retardant requirements, need to be treated by flame retardant
agent to achieve the effect of fire extinguishing.
