SU-A35 Festures:

 

1.  LCD display, support Chinese and English, all buttons and processing program desiged based on automatic computer programming, easy to operate.
2.  Eight driving wheel work for wire feeding, adjustable wire pressing force, high wire feeding accuracy, no damage on wire and no press marks.
3.  High-quality blades made by raw materials imported from Japan, the cut edges are burr-free, wear-resistant and can be used for longer time. 
4.  The pressing force of four wire feeding wheels can adjusted which can help to process various sizes of wires better.
5.  Equiped with copper core stepper motor which is high precision, low noise, precise current control, low motor heating, longer service life.
6.  Intelligent control system, using 32-bit CORTEX-M3 core processor, the running speed up to 72M. It can store hundreds of parameter setting.
7.  Multiple processing modes are suitable for electronic wire, silicone wire, PTFE wire, glass fiber cotton, isolation wire, etc., complete material processing at one time, fully automatic cutting, half stripping, full stripping, and multi-section stripping processing can be completed at one time.

8.  Configurable twisting parts for flexible wires, thin wires, multiple copper wires and other wires that are easy to loosen. Twisting can avoid wires loose or bending, easy to penetrate into the terminal or get better tinning effect.

2.  Operation panel and user manual language? English and Chinese are optional.

3. How long is the lead time? Ready time: Generally the standard machine will be ready in 2-3 workdays, the customized machine please check with us again when placing an order.   Packaging: The machine is packed in a carton or wooden box according to the size. Sufficient cushioning material will protect the machine intact during long-distance transportation.   Transportation: Support shipping via air, sea, and railway many transportation modes.

4. How do we install and operate the machine? Machines, accessories, and manuals will be packed and delivered together, we provide operation and maintenance instructions and parts catalog.   Small Machine: The user can install and adjust the machine according to the Manual and video of how to install and set the machine. If you have any questions, please contact our technical support (Email: support at wireproauto.com) to provide online, video, and other support. If customers really need we can make exceptions on-site service (expense will be borne by customers).   Large full automatic machine: We will arrange engineers on-site installation, testing, and adjustment of equipment. Please check with us about the details.   We also welcome you to come to our factory for more training.

5. What after-sales service is provided? WIREPRO has an experienced technical support team to be responsible for troubleshooting for customers via phone calls, emails, videos, etc. If you need spare parts, DHL generally could deliver them in about 3-5 days.
