A: Email or call us with your requests, such as quantity, printing, packaging, etc. Our sales team will send you a detailed quotation. When you are happy with our price and samples, you can place the order and make the deposit payment.
Then we will arrange the production accordingly.

Q2. Can I get a sample for this product before ordering in bulk?
A: Yes, we are glad to offer you the sample(s) free of charge so you can know our quality better.

Q3. What about the lead time?
A: Sample production costs 2 days, and mass production needs 20 days, depends on the order quantity.

Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit?

Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship the goods by sea. It usually takes 10-30 days to arrive. Airline and express are also optional.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on this product, and will it be removed easily?
A: Yes, we are able to print your logo on each product. Pls inform us your detailed request in advance and send us the high resolution artwork before mass production. We assure you that our logo printing will not be removed easily. It is safe in microwave and dishwasher.

Q7: Do you offer QC guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we have our own QC department, and we can offer samples for any quality inspection.

Q8: How to deal with the defects?
A: Our products are produced under strict quality control system and there is no defective products usually. If any, we will select them out before the shipment. In case you still receive the defects, we can accept to refund you the amount or send you the products for replacement.
