Working Principle

The wet materials are sent into silo by belt conveyor and bucket conveyor, then, the material pass through the feeding tube into the feed end. The gradient of feeding tube must be greater than the natural angle of materials. So that the material can enter into desiccator. The desiccators’ cylinder is an oblique rotating drum. Heat-carrier that enters into the dryer fror, the lower-end can form reflux with the material added from the upper end. With the rotating of cylinder materials are carried to the bottom end by gravity.In the moving process. Wet materials obtain the heat carrier directly and indirectly to be dried. Then the finished materials are sent out by belt conveyor and screw conveyor.





1.Materials are sent to the hopper of rotary
dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator


2.Materials enter the barrel installed with
slope to horizontal line from the higher side,and hot air enters the barrel from the lower side,and the materials and hot air mix
together


3.Materials go to the lower side by gravity when the barrel is rotating

4.Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift
materials up and down in order to make materials and hot air mix completely,which is designed to improve the producing efficiency
of rotary dryer
