Injection Molding Work Shop
In 2021, we invest over 1.5 million dollars to bulit our own injection molding work shop.
We have 12 injection molding machines, and we will continue to increase investment.
Now, our injection molding work shop can produce over 5000 pieces chair parts per day.
Also becasue we have our own injection molding work shop, we can both keep high quality and reasonable price.
Wood Work Shop
We have 12 automatic wood work machines. More efficient more precise.
Gluing Shop
We use high quality glue, low formaldehyde release. Also we are testing a brand new automatic spray machine.
Fabric Cutting Shop
We have 4 automatic cutting machines and 3 manually cutting table.
Sewing Work Shop
We have a sewing work shop that over 6500 square meters. We have about 240 work stations and 240 sewing machines. Our machines are brand machines. We have lots experienced worker.
Gun Nail Work Shop
We have two finished product work shop. Most time, one is particular for PU leather office chair and gaming chair, one is particular for mesh chair. That can easily train our workers. Also make the work more efficient.
The most importantly is can improve the quality much better.
Automatic Packing Shop
We have automatic packing line.
Also a very strong inventory management system.
Which can lower that chance of missing parts.

We have several testing equipment such as Seat Impact, Static Pressure Test, the Pull Back Force, Base Pressure Test, as well as the times of the rotations and fatigue of the castor, the durability test of the gas lift, Blasting test of the carton, we will have more and more testing equipment to make sure the quality of our products.
