Widely adapted to portland cement,ordinary portland cement,slag portland cement,fly ash cement,pozzolan cement,etc.,various admixtures of different specifications and models of cement,slag,fly ash,machine-made sand,mountain sand,river sand,etc.It can be used in various industrial and civil constructions,highways and railways,municipal bridges,water conservancy ports and other projects after being compounded according to the needs of use.It is especially suitable for economical commodities concrete.
Precautions for use
1.The recommended dosage of this product is 0.3% to 0.8% of the total weight of the cementitious material.Non-end-use products,a trial mix test should be carried out before use to find the best dosage.
2.As a masterbatch,this product can be combined with other types of carboxylic acids,defoamers,air-entraining agents,retarders,etc.to form admixtures to meet the requirements of different project categories,construction techniques and temperature conditions.
3.Due to the differences in adaptability between different specifications and models of cement,mixtures and additives,the adaptation test should be done before use.
4.It can be added to the mixing water during use,or added to the concrete mixer at the same time as the mixing water.The mixing time is not less than 120s.The concrete mixing test should be carried out to confirm the quality of the concrete before use.
5.When using this product,it must be accurately measured and stirred evenly.Excessive addition of additives or uneven mixing may cause segregation of bleeding and difficulty in pumping.
6.Since the product has the characteristics of high water reducing rate,a higher sensitivity to slump of water must be strictly controlled use of water.
7.This product is non-toxic and harmless,biodegradable,but not edible.If it gets into the eyes,it should be rinsed with water in time.If you cause allergies to part of the human body,you should consult a doctor in time.
