1）Is the machine certified?
The machines are uniformly certified in accordance with CE requirements.
2）What languages does the machine support?
The current machine supports 10 languages including Chinese, English, Arabic, French, German, and Russian.
3）What are the water supply methods for the machine?
The machine comes standard with two water supply methods: bottled water supply and tap water supply.
4）What are the machine payment methods?
The machine comes standard with WeChat payment, Alipay payment, and optional equipment for overseas markets: banknote dispenser, coin dispenser, credit card payment, etc.
5）Does the machine meet food grade requirements?
All parts inside the machine that are in contact with water and food (such as boilers, water pumps, canisters, brewers, etc.) are provided with NSF certification.

The power consumption of the machine is 2000W. Most of the machines are in standby mode, and the power consumption per hour is 20W. 1 kilowatt hour of electricity can make 30 cups of coffee. The boiler is an instant heating boiler, which only consumes more power during the heating process.

The machine is transported in wooden boxes with solid structure.
10) Can the 15.6-inch touch screen play ads?
The machine can play video advertisements when it is not working, and we can upload advertisements through the cloud platform .

The pipes of the machine can be automatically cleaned at scheduled intervals through software settings. Other modules, such as brewers,mixers, canisters etc., need to be cleaned manually on a regular basis. This is mainly evaluated based on the average daily use frequency of the machine.
