Please read the following information before you select the mixer model.

Question 1:

Do you have a very small or very big capacity mixer ?

Yes, very small capacity in 3 liters, very big capacity in 48000 liters.

Question 2:

Is it easy to clean the mixer barrel when mixing different powders ?

Our lab series mixer's inside blades and barrel are all dismountable. You can clean it thoroughly by yourself.

Question 3:

If I want to mix different powders particle size in 200 mesh(74um), how long it would be ok ?
Only 10 minutes or less upon the fluxility of the powder

Question 4:

If I want to mix powder size smaller than 800 mesh(19um), would it be ok ?
Yes, no problem.

Question 5:

If I want to mix light powder and heavy powder together, like Mgnesita powder and Cromo powder, the light powder is easily floating on the surface of heavy powder, then the light powder can not well- dispersed. Does your mixer can slove this problem ?
Yes, absolutely. Our double rotation series mixers have unique structure over the world. The barrel rotating while the inside 8 full size helical blades rotating also. The barrel rotating like a 3D mixer. The inside helical blades can do cutting, dividing, pressing job. If our machine used to mix normal powders like milk powder, detergent powder, protein powder, etc.....it will need less time than other mixer.

We are in the food industrial, which kind of mixer is best for us ?

Fully stainless steel mixer, models like FX series and FY series.

 

Question 7:

We are in the diamond superhard material industrial, which kind of mixer is best for us ?

Models FX series high efficiency double rotation mixer.

 

Question 8:

Our national power supply is 110V or 380, does your machine match it ?

For Fekerman's mixer, 3 voltages can be choosed: 110V, 220V, 380V.
