PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Single drum dryer :
It is used for drying materials in the form of solution or thin slurry that are floating liquid.
The film cloth method is usually immersion type or spray type.
Double-cylinder dryer :
The same set of deceleration transmission device meshes with a pair of gears with the same modulus and number of teeth to make two sets of rollers with the same diameter rotate relative to each other. According to the different positions of the cloth film, it is divided into two types: the roll type and the same groove type.
Performance characteristics
1) High thermal efficiency: Most of the heat supplied in the cylinder is used for moisture vaporization, and the thermal efficiency can be as high as 70~80%.
2) Large drying rate: The heat and mass transfer process of the wet material film on the cylinder wall is consistent from the inside to the outside, and the temperature gradient is large, so that the surface of the material film maintains a high evaporation intensity, generally up to 30kg/㎡ h.
3) The drying quality of the product is stable: the heating method of the drum is easy to control, the temperature in the cylinder and the heat transfer rate of the partition wall can be kept relatively stable, so that the material film can be dried in a stable heat transfer state, and the quality of the product can be guaranteed.
4) Wide application range: Liquid phase materials dried by drums have fluidity, adhesion and stability to heat. The form of the material can be solution, suspension, emulsion, sol, etc.

The working principle of the scraper drum dryer
The drum dryer is a continuous operation device that dries the liquid phase material or ribbon material attached to the outer wall of the cylinder by means of heat conduction through a rotating cylinder. The material liquid to be dried flows into the material receiving tank of the drum dryer from the upper tank. The drying drum is driven by the transmission device, and the material is formed by the filming device to form a material film on the wall of the drum. The cylinder is heated continuously, and the moisture of the material film is vaporized by the heat transfer from the cylinder wall, and the material is scraped off by a scraper, and then conveyed to the storage tank through a screw for packaging. It has high thermal efficiency and can be operated continuously, so it is widely used in the drying of liquid materials or strip-shaped materials, and is more suitable for paste-like and viscous materials.
