3. Automatic thread trimming function with three modes :"Start trimming"."stretch thread trimming"."turn off thread trimming".
4. Pattern optimization function, the software can re-optimize the fitting after analyzing the customer's origina image so that the quilting quality is higher.
5. Automatic lifting at the end of processing and the frame is fixed more firmly,which improve the quality of quilting.
6. Deviation alarm function,automatically alarm and stop when the tension frame and the nose are offset to prevent the tension.
7. Low air pressure alarm function,he software detects the air pressure of the quilting machine at any time to prevent unstable operation of the machine when the air pressure is insufficient.
8. Strong current disconnection alarm function,when the strong current is disconnected. the alarm prompts and clears the zero return state to prevent the machine from deflection.
9. Servo independent alarm function,directly report the faulty servo number,which help to quickly locate and solve the problem.
10. High quality quilting,sharp corners and no deformation.
11. New servo system with increasing speed by 5-12 seconds than old system, complex patterns is increased by30% speed.
12. The thread trimming speed is fast and stable, and the thread trimming needle speed is 300 rpm. Fast moving speed, up to 12m/min.
