Main Features for the machine :
1.The platform moving is supported by the belt and the straght-line optical axis .
2. An IC is added to shield the paper sensor in the bottom of the print head , that means it does not need to sensor the initial place to avoid " lack of paper or paper error "
3. Easy for customer to operate it , which help the customer to save lots of time .just do the following for printing: refill the ink into the CISS and install the drive for the machine , then press the Power of the machine and press "IN" button to let the platform backward completely ,and then press Power of the printer , then the printer will be prepared for printing.
4. The platform forward and backward is by pressing IN/OUT button in the control panel , which is automatical .
5. A height limited level bar is be added to avoid the printing media and print head to collision. The height can aslo be adjusted by one knob with max. height is 60cm.

A: kindly inform you this ink can eat safely and it has MSDS available
Q:how much ink on average does the printer consume to print a meter square of colour?
A:Usually it will cost 12~14ml ink for printing one square meter .
Q:What's the print process by this printer?
A:
1). Design the artwork by Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator or other software and imput the artwork into our coffee printing templete .
2). Start print. We could output the print by photoshop, corel Draw etc software directly
Q:Is there any guarantee for this printer?
A:Yes, we have guarantee for the printer. We provide one year warranty for all the electronic parts including the main board, driver board, control board, motor, etc. But there is no warranty for wearing parts like ink pump, printhead, and CISS since they are consumables.
Q:How can I install and start to use the printer? Ask you or I need to learn myself?
A:At first, you should read the users' manual to understand the machine and watch the video. We will offer you details installation documents such as how to refill the ink into the CISS , how to install the driver , how to setup the position for the coffee printing, how let the ink flow into the print head , how to setup the parameter of the computer etc
After you get the machine,if you have any problem our technician will teach you how to install and use the machine by web camera on Skype, MSN or Yahoo messenger. Whenever you have questions to the machine, you can contact our technician or me.
