A: We’re profession manufacturer in magnetic materials for more than 15 years, with NdFeB magnet, Alnico magnet and Ferrite magnet.

Q: Do you provide free sample?

A: 1). If you have a FEDEX, UPS or DHL international account, we send samples for free via that account (Most of samples is 1-10 pcs per type, some should be charged. It depend the cost of samples).

2). If you don't express account and do not agree freight collect, samples and postage must be paid like normal order.

Q:How long is the sample lead time?
A: For ready samples, it's about 2-3days. If you require your own size, it takes about 7-8 days.

Q: How long is the production time?
A: Generally it is 7-10 days if the suitable raw material are in stock, or 25-30 days if the raw material are not in stock.
