* Heavy-duty topband 0.040" x 1.5" wide for superior hook support.
* Mesh formed and continuously spot welded to horizontal and vertical reinforcing bands
* Vertical band support 0.030" x 3/4" wide mounted 90 degrees from hook to eliminate shading.
* Reinforced bands on 12" centerline 0.040" x 3/4" wide.
* Solid bottom welded to bottom band ensuring maximum strength and proper drainage.
* Double Contact Hooks spot welded and TIG welded to top band for maximum strength.
* Hooks extend 2" into basket, and are spot welded to the side channel.

Our titanium anode baskets are fabricated from the purest grade of titanium and are very durable. All of our baskets are spot
welded and TIG welded with full argon gas shielding to ensure structural integrity.
They have an excellent finish, with top, side and base reinforced by solid bands and the hooks welded to ensure good electrical
conductivity. Hooks can be clad with copper for a higher amperage rating, too.
Besides titanium, our anode baskets can be also made from other corrosion resistant metals such as Zirconium, Niobium, Tantalum,
etc.
