Depending on the method of processing raw materials, oat flakes are divided into three types: "Hercules", petal and "Extra".
Oat flakes "Hercules" and petals are produced from premium oatmeal in accordance with GOST 3034.
For the production of Extra oat flakes, oats of the 1st class are used according to GOST 28673.
Depending on the cooking time, Extra oat flakes are produced in three numbers:
No. 1 - from whole oatmeal;
No. 2 - small cut cereals;
No. 3 - quickly cooked from chopped cereals.
