Product Description
The product is an alkaline lipase that breaks down fat molecules, helping with more efficient fat removal. It is used in different alkaline steps (soaking, degreasing, liming, deliming and softening process) to make processing more efficient and improve product quality and can be added directly without dissolving.

Performance
JZ can break down fat molecules, make degreasing more evenly, and thoroughly. Dyeing uniformity, and JZ can improve the absorption rate of the dye. It can improve the quality of the suede leather, pile is uniform and meticulous. It is used in flooding, which make soaking more rapid, uniform and safe. It is used in liming with liming enzyme, which can loose fiber and eliminate the skin grain.
Applications
JZ can be used for soaking, degreasing, liming, deliming and softening process, and can be added directly without dissolving.
Suggested dosages are as follows (% on Pelt Wt):
Cowhide | 0.20%- 0.50% |
Pig skin | 0.30% -1.00% |
Goat skin | 0.30% -1.50% |
Sheep skin | 0.30% -2.00% |
The dosage has to be optimized based on each application, the raw material specifications, product expectation and processing parameters. It is better to begin the test with the convenient volume.
