Overview
ATD series push plate clutch (ATD) is suitable for all heavy duty cases where clutch connection is required. It can be used as a coupling to connect two concentric shafts and achieve different side transmission, but also it can be mounted on the same shaft to achieve the same side power transmission. What’s more, the high-speed clutch can be directly connected to the engine.
The friction area of the air tube drive clutch is large, and it can start smoothly. Multi friction pair design can meet the needs of all kinds of torque better. Annular air tube or split air tube can be applied to the clutch, and the maintenance is convenient, and the air pressure dry operation can not bring pollution to the surrounding environment.

Application
The ATD series push plate clutch is widely used in all kinds of industrial equipment, for example construction machinery, oil drilling rig, workover rig, drawworks, etc. And its sizes range is from 8 inches to 60 inches, and the dynamic torque range is from 630N.m to 976,200N.m.
In the field of oil and gas equipment, the ATD series push plate clutch is mainly used as drawworks clutch for the workover rig and the rig, and it can also be used as driving part clutch for some gear box, chain box, etc.

 1.How many years have u manufacture mud pump?

2.How big is your plant?

Our factory covered 80,000 square meters, have 200 workers, we have 20 type test and operation, we have more than 100 sets of CNC machining equipment, large gear ring using high-end grinding process. Ensure the lowest pump noise in the world.

3. Can you complete the full production of the pump including testing?

We have 15 kinds of professional plunger pump testing equipment and testing platform, which can realize simultaneous testing of 5 pumps, 2,000 square meters of open outdoor assembly workshop, can assemble 20 sets of pump unit at the same time.

4. What are your business procedures for the fracturing pump unit?

(1) please tell me your target power for your fracturing pump?

(2) please tell me your target brand of your diesel engine, such as caterpillar or Cummins, or others brand.

(3) Please tell me your drive type of the mud pump.by belt or by transmission box or chain?

(4) if u don’t know about above specification, please send your original tender document to me, then we submitted to our technical department, usually, the cementing pump quotation will be finished within 1 day, if it is cementing pump unit, the quotation will be finished within 3 days.

5.What is our delivery time?

We have a lot of plunger pump in stock supply, such as HT400, TWS600, the delivery time is 7 days after you confirm the drawing and color, such as ,TWS1000,QTW2500 ,the delivery time is 45-60 days, welcome online payment in Alibaba. Book plunger pump delivery time is :30-45days after 30% payment.

If the order is plunger pump unit, you have to pay 100% for the diesel engine, then we can get the engine from caterpillar or Cummins plant, Cummins Chinese plant is very close our plant only 2.5hours in Chongqing city.

6.What should I do after contract?

After the execution of contract, the user may not have to be present for the plunger pump test. We will issue the test report and data for your reference, also take videos and pictures for you.

For the plunger pump unit test, we need to test after connecting the driving engine, so we need the user to be present to participate in the field test. After the test is qualified, please pay 10% final payment. We will deliver the pump unit to Shanghai port.

7.Once the products have the quality problem how to deal with?

We give 24 hours online service,  if there is agent or branch, ples also ask the help from our branch, such as in Russia, America, Dubai, and the manager will come to your site, if technical problem we will give 12 hours online answer from 8:30-12:00, 14:00-18:00.

8. Can I be your tiger agent in our country?

Answer: We are developing agents all over the world; you can sign agency agreement with us.

9. What is the warranty time of your products?

The warranty time is 12 months from the date of the commissioning. After the warranty, any questions and needs, please contact us.

10. How does the mud pump transport?

HT400 and TWS600 can be transported in 20-feet container. QTW1000, TWS2500, QWS3000 are recommended to be transported in 40 foot open top container or bulk carrier.

Fracturing pump unit needs to be disassembled because of its huge volume, and then transported to the port by 17.5m trailer, and then transported by bulk carrier.

In Russia, it is recommended to adopt trailer transportation, from Chengdu to Khorgos port in Urumqi, and then to be reloaded Transportation to Russia by car, relatively low cost.

Above mud pump, rail transportation is not considered.

11. Can you provide the low temperature pump set used in Russia and other low temperature areas?

For Russia, we can provide low-temperature pump set and relevant heating devices according to your project needs.

For the heat preservation shed, we suggest you purchase and construct it locally in your place.

12. Do you provide door-to-door installation and connection of mud pump?

We are equipped with professional plunger pump engineers and translators, who can provide on-site installation and debugging of plunger pump.

Customization generally starts in 10 days, with at least 2 people. And require additional customized drilling and installation labor contract.
