FULIO's ePTFE (Expanded Polytetraflouroethylene) Micropore membrane Compost Covers are specifically designed for the aerated static pile (ASP) composting method. The Cover is a three-layer laminate consisting of an outer, protective, polyester fabric with an ePTFE membrane. This three-layer combination creates a simi-permeable breathable cover that reduces Odor and Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emission reduction while allowing moisture vapor and air to pass through the cover.
* Covers are custom made to meet client specifications with regards to facility design, feedstock characteristics, and process capacity.FULIO's Covers have be tested on multiple feedstocks and are currently utilized in Biosolids (sludge), Food Waste, Green Waste, Poultry, and Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) composting operations. Independent 3rd party testing has shown VOC reduction of over 90%. *
