CNG gas station series compressor
The main equipment of CNG gas station is composed of compressor unit, metering device, gas purification dryer, gas storage device, charging sequence control panel, gas filling column, gas seller, etc.
According to different functions, it can be divided into three types: CNG standard station, CNG gas filling parent station and CNG gas filling sub station.
CNG standard station takes gas directly from the natural gas pipeline network, and after a series of processes such as pretreatment system, compression and storage, it adds gas to the vehicle through the gas seller.
In addition to the function of the standard station, the CNG fueling master station also fills the compressed natural gas into the high-pressure gas transportation semi-trailer (CNG trailer for short) through the fueling column in the station and transports it to the CNG fueling sub station for vehicle fueling. At the same time, as an effective supplementary means of pipeline gas transmission, in small and medium-sized cities far from the natural gas pipeline, CNG trailers can be used to send compressed natural gas to the cities of use by road transportation, and enter the gas pipe network after pressure regulation to supply gas to residential users and other natural gas users.
