Product Description
The 315-ton color stone metal tile stamping hydraulic press is a special equipment for stamping and stretching of the color stone metal tile substrate. The fuselage design adopts a three-beam four-column structure. The equipment is composed of a fuselage, an oil cylinder, a stroke limit device, and a mold.
The structure is simple, economical and practical. The advanced cartridge valve is adopted, the structure is compact, the pipeline connection is reduced, the sealing performance of the system is improved, and the leakage is reduced. The main rod adopts a four-nut structure, which improves the pre-tightening performance and can maintain the stability of accuracy for a long time. The slider can realize two control modes of constant stroke and constant pressure, and has the functions of pressure maintaining and delay; the working pressure and stroke size can be adjusted within the specified range according to the process requirements.
The four-column hydraulic press is a mechanical device that uses an oil pump to deliver hydraulic oil static pressure to process metal, plastic, rubber, wood, powder and other products.
