1. Suitable for combing of 1.5D~20Dx38~76mm artificial fibers. the fiber fully combed and the mesh more even. Feeding roller is driven by frequency conversion and it is equipped with anti-metal protection device.

Double cylinder double doffer double CDRS system is generally used in producing non-woven fabrics with critical web requirements, e.g. leather base cloth, water filtering material, hygienic material, garment liner etc. It is suitable for thin non-woven fabrics and production techniques which has high request in vertical and horizontal strength, e.g. auto interior material, special garment liner, hygienic material, etc.
