Function Description :

Unwinding method: Adopting shaft-less mechanical cone head chuck, manual adjusting width  with location holes, achieving automatic loading  hydraulic lifting to reduce labor intenity.

 

Web guiding :  Adopting imported analog web guiding system ,tracking material edge or printedline, with electrical the tuning function, it allows machine to quick adjust photoelectric position to reduce cost and improve

efficiency .

 

Adjusting device:  Unwinding  aluminum guiding roller has front and back adjusting devices, make materialto the full extent of paralleling with guiding roller in order to ensure the rewinding accurancy and quality.

 

Unwinding tension detection:  Unwnding is driven by 1 sets of servo motor , arc-gear synchronous belt transmission torque, with its feature of lower noise, large torque, less power loss.

 

Unwinding control:  There are functions  like start, stop , speed controland unwinding tension adjusting ,synchronize with rewinding part, displaying machine speed, unwinding tension, rewinding tension, rewinding length.

 

Slitting:

Slitting method:  adopting flat knife cutting , hanging slitting or groove slitting can be chose according to different materials.
