Ethanol Solvent Industrial Evaporator And Distillation Equipments is widely used to evaporate and distill the solvent out from the mother liquid ,like the methanol ,ethanol ,acetone etc in the parmaceutical ,chemical and APIs processing etc field .
Ethanol Solvent Industrial Evaporator And Distillation Equipments working principle :
due to the different solvent boling temperature is difference , so the low boiling temperature solvent will be distilled and evaporate from the mother liquid firstly ,and the evaporated solvent will be condensate by condenser and collection in the collection tank .as this principle ,so this equipment also will be used for the solvent recovery and solvent purify purpose .
Function for Ethanol Solvent Industrial Evaporator And Distillation Equipments:
1).evaporator concentrator tank :it is also called the boiling tank ,the mother liquid can charge into this tank by manual or by pump ,the concentrator tank have the level gauge which can indicated the inside raw material volume level to control inlet raw material capacity .
evaporator concentrator tank have the jacketed for the heating which can be heated by steam or electrical or other medium ,also the temperature can be controll by the temperature sensor in PID controller .so the temperature can be heating adjustable and stable fo the output solvent quality will be much stable and purify.
2) distill column : which also called the distill tower ,it is a long high column which inside with the stuffing packing material ,it is the stainless steel material or copper material which can be make the evaporated solvent baffle and reflux ,so it can make the solvent outlet in high degree concentration ,so the output solvent purity degree can be adjust by the distill column height and packing material .
3) condenser : which is used to condensate the evaporated solvent ,so it should be equipped by cooling water or chiller as the solvent character .
condenser can be used the different type heat exchanger ,like the shell&tube condenser ,plate type heat exchanger ,weld type PHE etc .
4) collection tank : which can be used to storage the condensate solvent .due to the collection tank have the capacity limited, so it was used as the buffer tank ,the outlet of the collection tank can connect with the solvent transfer pump to drain the solvent into a big storage tank ,the collection tank also can be made as automatic control system,it can automatic control the collection tank level height and transfer pump .
