QN series roundness vacuum concentrator
Application：QN series roundness vacuum concentrator ( concentration tank) serves to Chinese herbal medicine, western medicine, food, glucose, juice, candy, chemical engineering etc. The vacuum of the liquid concentrated, crystallize, recyle, distil, alcohol recovery etc.
Component：
1) This equipments primarily contain concentration tank, condensator and gas-liquid separator. The concentration under reduced pressure brings short time of concentration and prevent the destruction of effective content in the thermal sensitive material.
2)The part in contact with the material is made of stainless steel brings qualified anti-corrosion performance, meeting with the GMP standard.
Ball Type Low Temperature Vacuum Evaporator Concentrator Machine operates under negative pressure. It is necessary to seal the equipment, often to condense the secondary steam through the condenser and then discharge it, so that the secondary steam in the evaporator becomes negative pressure. At this time, the boiling point of the solution is lower than that under normal pressure, the effective heat transfer temperature difference between the heating steam and the secondary steam stamp can be increased, and the production intensity of the evaporator can be increased.
