FAQ
1. Can I get the free samples?
Yes, we can provide one set sample for you, but not free, also please be noted that you need be in charge of the freight fee. We can give it back when you place your first formal order to us.
2. Can I have my LOGO on the products?
Yes, we can use customized Logo on our products, but please provide the logo drawing before placing orders.
3. Can I have customized products?
Yes, of course. Please let us know your requirement or thinking before design the mold. If you can provide the mold drawing, that will be great. We can make the molds according to your drawings. After confirm the molds, this new product will belong to you only, not give the other customes.
4. What about MOQ? Do you have minimum order requirement?
No MOQ, all products we made, we have our own molds and some stocks on some items. Please let us know which items you like before placing orders
5. What about Lead time?
Normally 25 days after we receive your payment. Small orders under 100 sets, 10 days lead time.
6. What about the defective product after I receive your mass production products?
Please take some pictures on the defects and let us know within one week. We will arrange replacement for you on your next order or refund.
