Foot Type Spot Welder Machine Price Hardware Spot Welding Machine
This machine is used for automatic rotary welding of hydraulic torque converter blade of hydraulic forklift. It adopts intermediate frequency spot welding. It is an inverter circuit composed of three-phase AC through rectification and then via IGBT power device. It is converted into medium frequency 1000-4000hz AC square wave output, and then the whole flow is welded to DC supply electrode after transformer depressurization. It is one of the best resistance welding methods to obtain stable current output by current feedback and PWM.
FEATURES AT A GLANCE
DN4 obtains its electrode force through regulating compressing spring and controls its current through the switch combined by moving contact and fixed contact. The welding process is artificially controlled on proper current and welding intervals.The welder can be applied in high-frequency operations,with high productivity, stability and durability. thus it is commonly referred to as the"High-speed Welder".
